Seasoned entrepreneur and business leader; He a co-founder of Abcon group of companies and serves as its CEO. He also serves as a Director of BRITAM (TZ), Proctor & Allan (EA) Ltd, Zeniki Investment Ltd and, Chairman of Strathmore Strathmore University Foundation. He has previously served as a Director & Chairman at Transcentury, East African cables (K) Ltd, Director at Development Bank and Wananchi Group Holdings Ltd. Mr. Mbugua holds a B.Sc. Engineering degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Makerere University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE University and Strathmore Business School.

Wangaruro Mbira is an experienced banker with 20+ years of experience in the banking industry having worked for Rafiki MFB, Chase Bank, African Banking Corporation, Equity Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Safaricom Limited and Coca-cola in various capacities. He is a seasoned professional in business development, risk management, compliance and project management. He holds an MBA from Strathmore Business School, a global module of Pan African EMBA from IESE Business School Barcelona (2010), Stanford Seed (2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (1st Class Honors) from Egerton University. He is also a CISA and CPA.

Charlene Mukuhi is an entrepreneur and a seasoned banker with over 15 years experience. Currently the Finance and Marketing manager Charoza Farm, Limuru. She has held senior positions in credit management at Spire Bank, NIC Bank and ABC Bank. She holds an MBA in Project Planning and Management, University of Nairobi; a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Moi University and a Higher Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise.

Neil is a tested leader whose focus has revolved mainly around startups and turn arounds. He has over 20 years’ experience in the airline, manufacturing, e-commerce, catering, fast food and financial advising realms. He has also managed multi-units in several countries, and have worked both in the 1st world and emerging economies. Currently, he is the C.E.O. at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, Director at Exec Cars Ltd and Partner at Warren International – Food Service Specialist. He previously was the Group C.E.O. at EAGM, Director, Business Development at Starlit Insurance Brokers, Head of Projects at Chase Bank and General Manager at Winton Investment Services Ltd. He holds Bachelor of Science in Health Profession (BSHP) from Texas State University, and also went to Angelo State University.

David holds an MBA in Finance and Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology, A BSc in Finance from Kenya Methodist University, he also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance from College of Insurance, is a graduate of Strathmore University’s Senior Management Leadership Program (SMLP) and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
He has over 10 years banking experience and has held different capacities with Rafiki Microfinance Bank as the Head of Business Banking, previously worked for Equity Bank Limited in various managerial capacities with specialty in Operations, Credit Risk Analysis, Agency, Business Development and Finance management.
David serves on the board of Kagoto Polytechnic duly appointed by the County Executive Board of Nakuru as the Finance Director.
